Manyara and Ngorongoro
DAY 1 : Arrival Day
You will be picked from the hotel at Arusha town to Manyara Nationalpark with picnic lunch boxes. Lake Manyara national park is situated 126km south west of Arusha. Our tour guide shall come to your agreed pickup point in Arusha for a simple briefing and later, he will drive you to Lake Manyara national park for a game drive. Lake Manyara is alkaline water where is a home to several bird species such as greater and lesser pink Flamingos eating from algae produced from the lake, pelicans, yellow-billed stock, grey herons. Wildlife species which surrounding the lake marshland, grass land plain, and acacia woodland where animals like buffalos, zebras, wildebeest and antelopes use to graze. Also there are more habitat in Lake Manyara such as underground water forest for clean water and shade, and hot water spring.After an insightful game drive, you shall drive to Ngorongoro Farm House for dinner and overnight.
DAY 2 : Ngorongoro crater
Wake up early the morning have breakfast, after breakfast, you shall drive from the lodge to Ngorongoro crater with packed lunch. Ngorongoro is the only park in the world where human being and their livestock’s living together with wildlife. Livestock belonging to semi-nomadic Masai tribe gaze alongside to wild animals. The place founded hominin fossils in Olduvai Gorge in date millions of years. Ngorongoro crater is the world’s intact volcanic caldera, It’s a home of vast species of birds, wildlife, and flora and the big 5 animals (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard and rhino). On a lunch time, you will have your packed lunch inside the crater on the crater floor. After lunch you will start ascending to the rim from here you will be able to visit the Maasai boma to experience their lifestyle and cultural but will depend on your time. After a great day, you will retire by driving back to Ngorongoro Farm House for dinner and overnight.
DAY 3 :
Wake up at your on pleasure have breakfast and check out from the lodge drive back to Arusha via Ngorongoro and you will be dropped at your arranged point.
